So that up to date reporting ensuring compliance, transparency, and detailed reporting are always available to Residents, BODs, and CCS Community Managers through either portal access or special requested reports tailored to capture specific information when requested in a timely manner. Our DECS reports daily to the CEO and supports our community managers in the field so that they can competently manage their associations with the most accurate information to comply with CCS policy of building community trust.

Class Accounting Services

Class Community Service strongly believes in the importance of accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with federal and state laws as a crucial HOA management service to associations, that when not properly conducted can cause major pitfalls and financial inconsistencies…

leading to an associations inability to maintain the community’s trust and is also a reflection of poor HOA management. CCS has an internal HOA Business Accounts Specialist (HBAS) that is an expert in HOA specific account tracking and reporting, ensuring that all CCS associations maintain accurate financial statements to reflect the associations financial health. We stand by our process to guarantee associations have the details needed to always operate according to an accurate HOA budget that is always audit ready, and important for the BOD to have an accurate picture of the upcoming years financial projections.

Class Collections Services

Class Community Service has a dedicated Accounts Collections Specialist (ACS) whose sole purpose is to follow CCS’s detailed collection procedures in line with our legal support team to ensure that all collection processes are in accordance with the latest statues in Texas Property Code 209…

and follow the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The ACS supports CCS Associations and Community Managers by taking on some of the taxing efforts of strategically collecting past due assessments and fines before sending 209s to attorneys. This saves our associations hundreds to thousands of dollars in attorney fees who we use as a last resort before going through the process of placing liens on property. Our collection process has a positive track record of adding thousands of dollars back to the associations budget throughout the year, helping to keep associations vibrant.
