Class Community Service LLC is a new Veteran family owned, turnkey HOA Management Company serving the San Antonio and surrounding areas. Although newly formed, our CEO and Founder CaLisha White is not new to the business of providing years of property management service.
Recognizing there were elements of class missing in the service communities like you deserved, gave birth to Class Community Service.

CaLisha holds a B.S. in Human Resources, a A.A. in Business Management, and a A.A. in Office Administration. CaLisha has over 10 years of experience in the Property Management industry, and has worked as a HOA Community Manager with various Associations both small and large throughout the San Antonio area. CaLisha stays up-to-date on the latest trends and regulations to ensure that your community is always in compliance. Curtis holds a B.S. in Management, and a Masters in Christian Ministry. He is a 20-year U.S. Army Retiree and real estate investor. Curtis continues today to support military service members and families facing hardships as a manager with Operation Homefront’s Critical Financial Assistance Program. As CCS VP of Operations, Curtis assist the CEO with developing strategies and leading site-based operations towards higher levels of operational excellence, growth, profitability, and team member development which is key to making CCS a successful HOA Management Company. With Curtis management background in both the military and civilian sector which spans over 35 years, provides CCS with the edge to Innovate and transform CCS operations through process, technology, performance management and leadership.

Raymel holds a B.S. of Finance and a A.A in Accounting. Raymel has an extensive background of more than 20 years as a Client Service Representative for AmLaw 200 law practice and individual lawyers practice groups, managing an accounts receivable collections portfolio of more than 30 million dollars. Raymel’s expertise with bank regulatory and transactional law, reviewing and reconciling accounts receivable, conducting collection activity on client accounts, and creating cash flow projections brings a wealth of financial and account collections guidance to CCS which will allow us to provide our communities with top-of-the-line financial oversite and detailed financial reporting in accordance with all state regulatory requirements specific to HOA management.
