Curtis holds a B.S. in Management, and a Masters in Christian Ministry. He is a 20-year U.S. Army Retiree and real estate investor. Curtis continues today to support military service members and families facing hardships as a manager with Operation Homefront’s Critical Financial Assistance Program. As CCS VP of Operations, Curtis assist the CEO with developing strategies and leading site-based operations towards higher levels of operational excellence, growth, profitability, and team member development which is key to making CCS a successful HOA Management Company. With Curtis management background in both the military and civilian sector which spans over 35 years, provides CCS with the edge to Innovate and transform CCS operations through process, technology, performance management and leadership.
